Hi, I'm Philip, a third year Nat Sci and your KCSU Chair. As Chair my role is to run the exec and open meetings, organise elections, and generally look after the exec. I'll be your port of call if there's something you want to change about the KCSU, if you want to run for a position, if you have a problem with any of the current officers or if you don't know who to contact about something. My job really varies with what the KCSU needs so reach out about anything and if I can't help you myself, I'll make sure I find someone who can!

Hello, We're Max and Ainoa, the Kings LGBTQ+ Officers! Max is a second-year linguistics student, and Ainoa is a second-year HSPS student. As LGBTQ+ officers, we are committed to running Queer events in college and with other colleges at the undergraduate level, including the LGBTQ+ formal and Pride-related activities. In addition, we oversee queer-related programmes and issues within the college to support our LGBTQ+ community here at King's. Hi everyone! We’re Frances (second year history-and-politics student) and Eleanor (second year historian), your new access officers for 2025-26. Our role is to advocate for equal accessibility to higher education. We organise and volunteer within the Access Bus, Shadowing Schemes, Residentials and Interview Help Desk to provide information and raise the aspirations of outreach and prospective students. We also work with college officers and staff regarding access initiatives, and we hope to work more closely with the current student body to recognise and challenge barriers to accessibility faced during university.

Hi, I'm Iris, a third year Linguistics student. I'm your Education Officer, which means I'm a port of call for any education-related queries. I sit on the Library, E-Lab and Education Committees, and organise support for students on intermission. I'm also working on opening some new study spaces up in the future! We are Mariam (She/her) and Zinzi (She/her), second year HSPS and NatSci students. We are your KCSU Charities Officers! Our role is to ensure that the money the College gives to charity is representative of what the student body feels passionate about. The College gives money to charity on a termly basis and our job is to ensure that you guys are represented in that process. Feel free to come to us with any ideas for charities that are important to you!

Hi, I’m Ningfei, a penultimate-year Classicist. As Coordinator, I attend all Executive and Open Meetings, take minutes, and share key updates with the student body. I also work closely with members of the Executive Committee to support communication and coordination. If you have any questions about KCSU, feel free to get in touch!

Hello! I’m Maria, your SSF officer! I’m a Classics Prelim, and I am the person to send an email to if you would like to set up - or need support managing - a society or help out on sports day or be on the Freshers’ committee! Equally, if you yourself are a fresher or an incoming student, feel free to drop me an email or message the Instagram with any concerns you may have, or even just to say hi! I am the person to talk to if you want to find out what sports and societies King’s has to offer, and can also point you in the right direction for organising gym membership or booking a squash court… Importantly, I am also the person to email with regards to acquiring college stash!!!

Hello! We’re Ruben and Muhammad, your International Officers for this year. Our role is to support and represent the international student community at King's. Whether you're new to the UK or just looking to connect with others from around the world, we're here to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We help organise events throughout the year to celebrate our vibrant international community, and we work with the KCSU and the college to ensure international student voices are heard. If you ever have questions, concerns, or just want a chat, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to help!

Hello! We are Dil and Eugene, your joint Treasurers, and we are 2nd year engineer and comp-sci respectively. We are responsible for reimbursing societies, setting the KCSU budgets in Michaelmas and we attend college committee meetings. We are also a part of the SFC, that approves new societies and allocates funding in early Michaelmas. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions about reimbursements or want to discuss your budget for next year. Also please let us know if there are any concerns you would like us to raise at committee we attend - particularly where college spends their money, their investments, donations etc.

Hi, I’m Alex, a third year Engineer, your Greens and Environment Officer. I engage and inform students about sustainability in college by running and promoting events where students can learn and get involved. Whilst giving away free plants each Green Week, I gather students’ ideas and suggestions, helping college to deliver some of these such as food waste bins. I sit on the Sustainability Committee and the Gardens Committee, do get in touch if you have any concerns, thoughts or questions!

Computer

Hello, I'm Lucas, I'm a second year Computer Science student. As your Computer Officer, I'm responsible for the maintenance of the KCSU website (this one!), KiFoMaSy, and other online platforms that KCSU runs. I attend college IT committee meetings to advocate for any IT-related issues that you may have. Do not hesitate to contact me if you face any technical issues; I'll do my best to help you out!
